The website fitvisia.com is operated by NovaremCo LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit fitvisia.com (the "Site"), contact us, or do business with us. It also describes the choices and rights you may have under United States federal and state privacy laws.
1. Information we collect

| Professional information | Your role, your brand, your marketing needs and budget range | You |
| Communications | The content of your messages and our correspondence | You |
| Commercial information | Proposals, contracts, invoices and payment records (for clients) | You and our payment providers |
| Technical data | IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, date and time of the request | Automatically, through our hosting provider's server logs |
| Online activity data | Pages visited, interactions with the Site and with our ads, cookie and device identifiers | Automatically, when cookies, pixels or similar technologies are used on the Site (see Section 4) |
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, government identifiers or precise geolocation) through the Site, and we ask you not to send it to us.
2. How we use information
- to answer your requests and prepare proposals;
- to provide, manage and invoice our services, and to communicate with our clients;
- to operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
- to measure and improve our marketing, including our advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google;
- to comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
If we send you business emails, each will identify us and include a way to opt out, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. We do not send text messages or make automated marketing calls to Site visitors.
3. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only as needed for the purposes above, to:
- service providers who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: website hosting, email, cloud storage, accounting, invoicing and payment processing;
- professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors;
- authorities, when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property;
- advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC, when we use the technologies described in Section 4;
- a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when we use advertising pixels or similar technologies on the Site, making online identifiers available to advertising partners may be considered a "sale", "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or "targeted advertising" under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time, as described in Sections 4 and 8.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies on the Site to keep it working, understand how visitors use it, measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads on other websites and apps. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading the Site does not send your data to font providers.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google account settings, and use industry opt-out tools such as https://optout.aboutads.info/. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, for the browser that sends them. You can also write to us at contact@fitvisia.com with the subject line "Privacy request".
Please note that the websites and campaigns we run for our clients are governed by our clients' own privacy policies.
5. Data we process for our clients
When we run campaigns for a client, we may access data provided by that client or contained in its marketing tools, such as analytics, CRM or lead forms. We process that data only on the client's behalf and under its instructions, as a service provider or processor. If you are a customer of one of our clients and wish to exercise your privacy rights, please contact that brand directly; we will assist it as required by law.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above: inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twenty-four (24) months of our last exchange; client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and up to seven (7) years afterward to meet tax and legal obligations; server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to people who need it, and multi-factor authentication on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), and to the extent those laws apply to us, you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, of targeted advertising and of profiling;
- appeal our decision if we decline your request;
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us at contact@fitvisia.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold, and we will respond within forty-five (45) days, which may be extended once by another forty-five (45) days where permitted by law. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
